We work on fixed fees wherever we can, so you know the cost before we start. The figures below are our starting fees. After your consultation we confirm your exact fee in writing. All fees are shown excluding VAT (charged at 20%) and do not include Home Office application fees or the Immigration Health Surcharge.

What a fixed fee includes: all meetings, written and telephone correspondence with you and relevant third parties, consideration, preparation and submission of your application and supporting documents, copies and postage. For appeals, asylum, modern slavery and bail work it also covers lodging the relevant notice or application, keeping you informed of key dates, requesting expert evidence where appropriate and, where stated, representation at the hearing.
Hourly-rated work is charged at £100 per hour plus VAT. These fees are a guide: your quote may vary with the complexity of your case and the work required, and we will always agree it with you before work begins.
